All are welcome.

We are a community that gathers to support each other in living more peacefully, compassionately, and wisely through application of Buddhist practices into all parts of our lives.

The focus of our offerings is on the Insight Meditation tradition, an evolving movement rooted in Theravada Buddhist traditions. We seek to offer teachings consistent with this tradition that address our complex day to day lives and aid each member of the community in the great Buddhist project of liberation from suffering.
